No more leads for this campaign

Hi All,

I am getting “no more leads in this campaign” In this web client agent on vicidial. But in administrator account . It is showing leads in dial hopper . When i login with web client agent using preview dialing/click to call dialing . It throws pop message like “No more leads in this campaign” . Please help

Thanks for quick reply. I though that vicidial uses asterisk that is why i have posted here

Vicidial does, but Asterisk has no idea of what “campaign” means. That is an abstraction that is created by Vicidial.
