Hello @david551 Thanks for the suggestion. I downloaded a cfg file of the patton and I noticed that it was trying to authenticate to the old PBX. I changed the registrar to the new PBX and these are the logs Asterisk prints out:

Then I tried to set up a specific port number for the SIP identities, 10001 on the 5060 port (match = 172.16.1.235:5060 in the pjsip.conf) and 10002 on the 5061 port (match = 172.16.1.235:5061 in the pjsip.conf) and after reloading both patton and asterisk, this is what asterisk logs:
