I have a Polycom 670 with HD G7.22 and a Telematrix 3300IP phone. Here are the following configs
[3310]
type=friend
context=Guest_Rooms
secret=3310
host=dynamic
dtmfmode=rfc2833
username=Room3310
canreinvite=yes
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
[6700]
type=friend
context=Back_Office
secret=6700
host=dynamic
dtmfmode=rfc2833
username=Room6700
canreinvite=yes
disallow=all
allow=g722
allow=g729
allow=ulaw
progressinband=no
When I call from the Telematrix phone I don’t have any issues, but when I call from the Polycom phone to the Telematrix I get the following error
– Executing [3310@Back_Office:1] Dial(“SIP/6700-08372ee8”, “SIP/3310|10”) in new stack
[Nov 11 10:57:24] WARNING[24820]: chan_sip.c:3024 sip_call: No audio format found to offer. Cancelling call to Room3310
– Couldn’t call 3310
Why doesn’t it skip the 722 codec and move on to the next Codec that I have listed in the sip.conf
