No application 'SendURL'

hello,
I have Asterisk certified/16.8-cert2 but when I use application sendURL
I have as error:
pbx_extension_helper: No application ‘SendURL’ for extension

Did I forget to install other module? cause I know this application is still exist til Asterisk 1.0.9 above

SendURL is not built by default in certified, as it is not a core supported module.

Applications and other modules can be selected in the “menuselect” utility by executing “make menuselect” before building Asterisk.
