that really depends on how big your company is. need way more info before you will get even a slightly useful number.
what i can suggest-
$0-$1500 asterisk server hardware (if you are small you can recycle an old junker pc)
$? tech time to configure asterisk
$50-$300/channel people’s phones
if you are a large company you may also require network upgrades
