Need support with cisco phone SCCP language update

Hi,

I search on many forums how to convert my default US language cisco phones to French.

all I found was " you need the XML_dictionnary" from cisco call manager,

I purchased a cisco support contrat which allows me to download all the firmwares and what they call support locale for the languages,
I get all files necessary incl the dictionnary, the .jar files everything.

the question how to tell the cisco to update itself from the tftp files ?
my guess was the SEPmac.cnf.xml file but I did not succeed…

I’m willing to pay even for it ! :blush:

placing the language files in the right subdirectory with the language name +
the right info in the sep file worked to update the phones !
