I’m tying to configure an ST2030 IP phone with a remote asterisk server. All softphones function correctly.
I can log my ip phone and make outgoing calls, but I can’t receive any incoming calls.
I’ve found the problem, but I don’t know how I can resolve it :

Reg. Contact : sip:778@192.168.10.154:5060;user=phone
The Reg. Contact is set with the local IP adress rather than the public one. If I can have a Reg. Contact like sip:778@217.x.x.x:5060;user=phone it wil resolve my problem.
nat=yes is already specified in sip.conf. I’ve searched in st2030 configuration, but no nat option appear in the web configuration tool.
any idea please ?
