I need your advice on my Asterisk configuration … I need to set up several lines, where each of my clients has his own DID number, he must provide:
- Redirect incoming calls to 1 or more designated agents.
- His DID number should be displayed on his outgoing calls.
Currently, I use 1 trunk per SDA but this poses me several problems including outgoing calls that display the number of the last recorded trunk.
Before I tried to solve this problem, I wondered if it was not possible and better to use 1 trunk for all of my DID numbers?
What do you think ? and if so, how to configure all this at the level of the dialplan? (I use the latest version of Wazo with PJSIP).
