Suppose the example below:
For example, if I want to use my call center for the surveying purpose and a caller calls and in the sub-menu, he/she has got 3 choices to select.
The three choices are (let’s say!):
Press 1 for Honda
Press 2 for Toyota
Press 3 for Ford
Now the caller dials 3 and chooses Ford. Then after that, I want this call to end with this note:
“Thank you for your call, your choice has been recorded!”
So the question is that HOW CAN I DO THAT?
SHOULD I DO THIS THROUGH custom app ?
I also want the Panels in Asterisk Management Portal (AMP) to display and show the extension number that the caller has pressed in order to record his choice.
