Please help or point me in the right direction.
I’m looking to setup a small call center of about 8 to 10 people using Soft phones on our current Asterisk system. We’ve got all the leads, channels and hardware needed, however I now need a progressive dialler W/ lead management system to help automate the process. Anyone here have experience in this who could point me to a reliable popular commercial or open source solution for this?
