I’m using asterisk 1.6 with FreePBX 2.7.0.0. We have a call center with 100 agents, we work with Queuemetrics for connect agent to different Queue with priority (each agent connect erself). I’m developping a script in vbscript with an ActiveX module for socket connexion (telnet commands). This script will connect each agent on queue when they want with AMI parameters (Login action and queue add action). I read on wiki that AMI not support very well multiple connexion, it’s a good solution to deploy this script for each agent without an AMI proxy?
