Multiline SIP -per line IVR

Hi Everyone,

My SIP provider can provide a sip trunk with 5 telephone numbers.I would like to create a IVR per one line means 5 IVRs working separately.It would be highly appreciated if someone can point me into right direction how we can achieve this since im quite new into the field of asterisk.

The numbers should be reflected in the extension number. Put a different IVR on each extension.
