I want to change my Monitor Folder…
I don’t want that it be “/monitor” ( when I change “/var/spool/asterisk” it dosn’t work… 
)
Can any one tel me where I have to change it ? …

Post the relevant part of your dialplan where you are using Monitor so we can see what you are referring to.
Why don’t you create a simbolic link to the folder you want. 
check the permission in the new folder!
