Is there a way to mute the music on hold while you’re waiting for your conference to begin?
Scenario: I call conference but the leader hasn’t shown up. I’ve entered my pin and I"m listening to MOH now. I would like to mute / pause / cancel the music on hold while waiting for the conference to begin.
Any solutions folks?
