MMS Numbers (sending photos...)

I am unsure if this is the right category. However, I am possibly looking for a programmer.

Is there a way to

  1. Send and receive text messages with our DIDs
  2. Send and receive MMS Messages (photos) with our DIDs

If so then I would like to find a programmer that is able to set this up…

You will also need to provide more information. At the moment I suspect this will require quite deep work on the source code.
