These is LTS version .. Certified Asterisk 20 - LTS

Do you have a support contract with Sangoma? If not, you should not be using cert versions. For one thing they are only certified for the features covered by the contract, which means their certification may be invalid if you use other features from the community supported version, or rebuild them with changed options.
