Meaning of message "Call on SIP/xxxxxxxxx left from hol

I have just upgraded from 1.2.9.1 to 1.4.4 and am seeing a new message while watching my CLI:

Call on SIP/xxxxxxxxxx left from hold

What is that message telling me is happening?

I am asking because I am trying to troubleshoot a problem we are having and this is one of the differences I am seeing in my logs. This message is occurring while a call is in progress, not answered, and I am not placing anyone on hold during that process. The current SIP response code sent back to the calling party was RINGING. Here is a scrubbed version of where it fits in the log overall:

-- SIP/proxyx-0858d418 is making progress passing it to SIP/5551212-08583aa8
-- SIP/proxyx-0858d418 is ringing

– Call on SIP/proxyx-0858d418 left from hold
– SIP/proxyx-0858d418 is making progress passing it to SIP/5551212-08583aa8
– Call on SIP/proxyx-0858d418 left from hold
– SIP/proxyx-0858d418 answered SIP/5551212-08583aa8

As soon as the called party answers the asterisk process does a core dump AND it completes Attempting native bridge…

Any information you could provide as to what that message is telling me would be great. I may end up opening another support request… but this will help me move to the next step. Thank you!

Sorry, I meant “AND it DOES NOT complete the Attempting Native Bridge…”

Thanks.
