Lync/Quintum Integration

Dear all,

I’m a new user and im’ using AsteriskNOW since just few months…It’s very nice product…
My configuration is:

Microsoft Lync 2010-----> AsteriskNOW 1.7.1------->Quintum Tenor BX (gateway)

Everyhing is fine, the only one issue is when from inside (Lync user) a call is made to (for example) an external IVR (ex: Telecom, Vodafone or generic IVR) and the Lync user close the call, the AsteriskNOW clear immediatly the “Lync Trunk” but the “Quintum Trunk” is still up for a lot of seconds (it depends by the external side) and the line is busy…
I’m trying all the configuration but i have, now, the issue…
I hope to have an help by the Asterisk Support or any user that wants to give me help…

The issue is not only to IVR, but also to mobile…
The hangup feature is not working well…
