When someone calls, the person hears the ring back tone but the tone isn’t loud anymore. It was loud before some days ago but it isn’t loud enough any more. I am new to using Elastix and have search through the internet but I can’t find anything to help the situation. I am using Elastix version 2.5
I don’t know the Elastix side of things very well. Have you checked to see if the volume on your handsets have changed (or can be increased)?
Are you using SIP?
In a simple SIP dialplan, ringback tone is generated by the calling phone, and no audio for it goes over the wire.
