Load_module: res_hep is not loaded or running;

Getting the following error after installing asterisk and starting it for the first time;

Started with asterisk -cccccccccccccv and get this error.
After this I can’t start asterisk with asterisk -r

[May 23 08:51:27] WARNING[18135]: res_hep_rtcp.c:163 load_module: res_hep is not loaded or running; declining module load

What could be the problem for this output?
Where is the res_hep module located/loaded?

It’s located in the same place as all the other modules, /usr/lib/asterisk/modules by default, and can be manually loaded using “module load res_hep.so” which may provide insight as to why it didn’t initially.
