How can I make a live chat (mainly text, but with voice chat if possible) interacting with asterisk?
Can asterisk control simultaneously the queue between people calling by phone and people by web chat?
Is there any free solution?
Does MeetMe and app_conference have something about it? How?

I dont think that there is any “real solution” out there. You may want to have a soft phone built in to the web page. You can then have it set that when a rep. enters the live chat the user can press a button that will initiate the call and it will know which phone to call based on which rep is in the live chat.
