Limit call answers per second


I have an Asterisk 13 and I want to limit the calls answered by Asterisk limit, only one per second.
Our call center identifies the calls with the uniqueid’s first 10 charcter.
Rarely two calls arrive answered in the same second so the uniqueid the Asterisk inserted into SQL is the same. The insert is done by an AGI script.

How can I limit the number of answered calls in one second to avoid the uniqueid duplication? For example if a call answered at 8:00:00 and another arrives, the second should be answered at 8:00:01, the delay doesn’t really matter.

You should not be relying on the structure of unique IDs!
