Hello,
I have a few users experiencing lag during a phone conversation. Not all users are experiencing the same issue, at least not that I’m aware of. We are using SIP, but I’m a bit confused as to why only 2 users that I’m aware of are experiencing that issue. I have already tried making all necessary changes in regards to hardware and cabling. Any suggestions?
