Kernel Panic

Hello, I have a Digium TDM844b, I have it working on a Asterisknow configuration, apparently it works fine but when 2 or more calls are made to the outside world with the analog lines the system crashes and I get the following message:

“Kernel Panic not syncing Aiee Killing Interrupt Handler”

In the bios of the motherboard I have turned off USB and sound.
Can you help me solve this problem?
I am Using a ASUS M2N MX SE motherboard with 512 ram and a Athlon 4800+ 64 Procesor

SATA 80GB Hard Drive

Here is the cat /proc/interrupts
