Job: Create Automated Text message for incoming call

I am not a programmer. I am looking to hire someone for a specific job: create an automated reply text message sent to the caller immediately. I will need to be able to access and edit the message from time to time. The message will contain 2 links sent to the caller. Programming rate negotiable depending upon prior experience. Clarke
