Hello to all,
I need some suggestions. I queue calls for my business, i have 10 local extensions connected to askerisk through xbeam soft phones. The extensions can call each other fine. However, when an incoming call is placed into queue then an agent becomes available, the soft phone rings but when the agent on the soft tries to answer the call, its not connecting. The incoming call is not even take out of the queue. I am using asterisk 184.108.40.206 svn rev 34876
Below is what I see in the click when the agent tries to answer the call.
