Jabber: Media Terminated?

Please see the following post for configuration details. I have started a new thread because I feel that a new, more accurate subject is in order.

I have further debugged my issue, and it appears that Google Voice is terminating the call with some kind of internal error. I am wondering if anyone else has seen this before and knows how to fix it. The exact same configuration worked late last week (last time tested).

No problem here for inbound or outbound Google Voice or Google Talk calls. Not sure what could be amiss. I’ll head to the other thread.
