I have an IVR system setup using asterisk-11.6.0 on a dell poweredge 850 with 2GB ram. The sever interfaces with and Astribank Xorcom appliance with 8fxo ports. Intermittently when the system plays a long product the product is truncated. I changed the format of the audio files from wav to sln and this helped a little. I am still having the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
