Issue in call recording with FreePBX & vTiger

I am using vTiger 6.2.0. It is integrated with FreePBX 12. I have configured PBXManager module. I need to record the calls. When I click on contact number, it generates an outbound call. I am trying to record this call. When I test it, it shows call is getting recorded, but when I play the audio file, it is showing error. The error screenshot is as below:

Is there anyone faced similar issue before? Any solution would be really helpful.

I would recommend using a FreePBX support resource for your question, What you have attached here does not apply to Asterisk by itself.
