ok, say i have a system in which i made a change to one peer, and need to do a sip reload, however i have many peers and when i do the reload, sometimes y system take over 2 minutes to respond again, is there a way to reload the configuration of only one user?

How many sip peers do you have? 2 minutes is WAY too long. Even on my slow test system full reloads happen in milliseconds with 75 peers.
AFIK the reload is an all or nothing thing, you cannot specify one peer.

there all loaded on a sql DB using TDS.
