Is it possible for asterisks to hang up only one endpoint

If you have information to pass to one user after the call has ended is it possible to hang up only one endpoint of an asterisks call? for example, if a customer calls a call centre when a customer ends the call or even the agent I want the agent to keep on the handset and we share them some call information to put in another system.
