IP Polycom 550 will not connect into confrence room or send ivr commands DTMF

PBX in a flaxh v1.4
FreePBX
Teliax is the trunk provider

cell phones and land lines work fine, but I want IP phones to work too

IP PC 550 will not connect into confrence room or send ivr commands DTMF

This phone is not configured for my network, but is using another vendors service.

When I call using this phone the IVR commands and the PIN code for the confrence rooms are not reconized as valid.

I am stuck and do not know what to do?

BTW: The phone is able to connect to confrences in the provider network that he is configured on. and I have called into many IVR and confrece room on this phone in the past so I do not think that is the problem…help…

Please check the ip phone’s dtmf setting. it is the only reason. your asterisk’s DTMF setting is right.

I thought this a first as well, but this phone I am using does work an all the IVR’s I have called for months. No matter who I call the IVRs work, support lines, sales teams, conference rooms, and other asterisk systems.

there are 3 componenets I need to look at. The phone, asterisk, and trasmition lines. I do not think it is the phone because it work on other IVR systems.
