Two questions:
First: Is there a web site out there that details the PSTN standards for countries other then the US? I am looking for type of jack used, the type of loop used, the hang up used, and the caller id format used. I looked and found some info on the jacks but nothing too in-depth.
Second: I am looking for a good IP based provider in Europe. Italy to be specific. I am looking for someplace with good rates and has support IAX. Any pointers would be appreciated.
