Install asterisk

Hi all

I install asterisk on CentOS by the steps:

make
make clean
make install
make sample

but i checked the file size is 11M of /usr/sbin/asterisk, i check the same file for trixbox, it only 2M, i dont know what is different? how i can install it also be around 2M size?

Hi

Dont know what version of trix it is but as for asterisk 1.4 is about 11M and 1.2 is nearly 6M

So 2M seems very small indead

Hi ,thanks for your answer, i checked trixbox 2.4 versions, it is asterisk 1.4;
