Increase the Queue wait time > 30sec for Local Channel to be answer( Local/XXX@XXXXXX;2 (wait: 0:30, prio: 0))

  • Firstly call come in comes through a local channel, If call in queue is not being answered it leaves the Queue the queue hangs up.

If Call in queue been answered by agent withing the 30Sec it dials next channels.

  • How is it possible to increase the 30 sec to more.

Not sure how this relates to local channels. You can configure the amount a time for which each agent is tried in queues.conf.
