i successfully configure Sjphone with demo digium account. Can anybody tell me how i am able to make calls from any external phone to sjphone

Howdy,
When you say external phone, are you meaning a phone on the PSTN? Like a phone at your house or a mobile phone?
If that’s the case, then you need some kind of termination to the PSTN - telephony card of VoIP provider.
