# Inbound call from pstn to xlite is identified as unknown

The inbound call from pstn(cell/landline) is always identified as “unknown” on the xlite display even if the caller-id of the call party is not blocked. The caller -id is displayed on 10 digit internal call(xlite-xlite) though. Which and what config parameter do I have to modify to display the caller-id of the pstn inbound call to xlite? thanks.

figured out - the issue is not with asterisk config, it’s on the class 5 switch
