Ignoring this INVITE request

Hello,
Sometimes the call ring the phone and sometimes no.
I don’t understand why.
I need help to understand the problem.
My config is very basic one sip trunk and one phoen.

My server ip is 192.168.1.111 and my softphone is at 192.168.1.181
The provider is at 72.55.158.150:5060

I can send config files and log but I am currently not autorised…

We’ll wait for the configs an logs then.

Note if you are talking about he call to the softphone, you meant client IP, not server.
