I have a SugarCRM professional application running on my linux server and an Alcatel Omnitouch PBX and I would like to integrate Asterisk. But actually I do not know if i should change my “hard” PBX for a “soft” one and then install Asterisk or I can manage this integration with my hard PBX. Can anyone help me?
