HT-1000 serverworks chipset capatible

Hi

I am about the purchase a server and would like to know if anyone has had incapabilty PCI issues when using TE410P Rev 2 (or TE405P with 64bit 5V card) in a server that has a ServerWorks BCM5785 (HT-1000) chipset.
