From A2Billing, ,How can I disable a trunk (provider) if a given provider is ongoing any maintenance and will be unavailable.
Also will like to know how to do it if feel quality from a given provider not being satisfactory and will like call to route elsewhere.
I tried in my LCR list by increasing the buy rate of this provider, which is now listed as the most expensive provider, but call are still routed through him.
Any input will be much appreciate

You have to modify the dialplan in extensions.conf file.
As far as the provider is concerned -> get a reliable provider and sleep well at night
I was told I could do that in A2B by changing the Stop date to become a past date in this partucular trunk but that did not fix the issue,
Sorry, but I don’t use A2B, so I really can’t tell. Pehaps it would be best to ask the A2B guys.
