i still think it’s your network setup. it sounds like a weird config, but if you can spare the time to get a little diagram done, it might make more sense. with IP addresses too please.
and the [general] section from sip.conf would help.

i just wanted to let you all know that i figured it out. I just added: this to each context i wanted included in my call structures.
include => internal
include => context_of_other_channels_extensions_tobe_called
