hi assume an extention did many problems like he pressed many feature calls
that blocked some caller id
put itself in DND state
forwarding state
i want to remove all the old settings and be like new extention
what command from ssh can help me ? or from asterisk console ?

Asterisk doesn’t maintain state out of the box. You must have provided a dial plan that implements the state. Without details of that dialplan, we can’t answer your question.
