Hi there!
I’m trying to register an asterisk ramal with a template 9xxxx (5 digits) in Avaya 4610SW IP model. This telephone is upgraded with a firmware to support SIP connections, but I couldn’t do it.
I configure my ramal pointing to my server, but the registration request does not reach the server and in Avaya telephone stay “Register…”, trying to resgiter but with no response!
The configuration is:
Phone=10.11.12.100 (IP from my local network)
CallSv=10.11.12.7 (IP from my asterisk server)
Router=0.0.0.0 (If I put router, the telefphone shows “bad router”, so I keep 0.0.0.0
Mask=255.255.255.0
FileSv=0.0.0.0
802.10=auto
VLAN ID=60
VLANTESTE=258
Someone who knows Avaya, can help me with this?
