How to make diffente between IVR/robot

Hi

How can make a diffente betwenn IVR(robots).?

For exemple : I want to call number: 123456789 and there are two IVR ( IVR1(close line) and IVR2(open line and press1) )

If I call number 123465798 and enter IVR1(robot tell me to call later, after 11 o’clock)… automatic call again until IVR 2 is open and answer .

A command or something ?

I am having difficulty understanding the question, but this is definitely the wrong forum; you need a support forum.

As neither “IVR” nor “robot” are terms meaningful to Asterisk itself, I think you will need a support forum for the Asterisk GUI that you are using.
