How to interpret this log record

My call is not getting through. Can someone help me interpret the CDR as captured below:

What does ANSWERED and DOCUMENTATION mean?

My set-up is:

extension 3002 → asterisk → Sipura SPA-3000 → PSTN line

Answered means the call leg was answered. Documentation means your dialplan hasn’t overridden this field, which is not affected by anything but the dialplan. Officially it means that the CDR isn’t used for billing, but it is totally up to your billing software as to whether to interpret it that way.

Given that the answer time is the same as the start time, it is likely that your dialplan answered the call, before any outgoing call was attempted.
