How to End Music on hold!

hi everyone ,

i have a question if someone can answer it , that would be great.

i have a few callers listening to the radio via asterisk’s (music on hold) , some callers disconnect but asterisk doesn’t get a disconnect signal thus the call continue’s on the asterisk end until we do disconnect the call by plugging out the FXO line.

what i want is , after an hour or so i want to check if the caller wants to continue listening . whats the way to transfer the existing callers in music on hold state to some other extension.

The second parameter specifies the duration.

i wanted to give an option of entering a DTMF instead of a timer. let me know if that is possible .
