How To Capture DTMF in Conference

Hi,

I want to design Conference application where multiple user(around 400) participate and they reply to question asked in conference and each user answer(DTMF) need to capture and stored in DB.

Can any one help and suggest what is the best way to achieve this ? If possible with small example.

It will be helpful if you elaborate on this with some example as i am new to asterisk.

My main concern is how to capture Dtmf in conference and stored in variable.
