To be able to answer your question you need to provide more information, what did Telnyc provide you with information wise?
What did you configure already and what is not working?
But most of all, Asterisk 11 has been EOL since October 2017. My advise is to switch to the latest stable version of Asterisk, configure pjsip and then ask your question again with information about what you already have configured and what is going wrong.
