now how run IVr on astrerisk ???

asteriskdocs.org/ is required reading when starting with Asterisk. Typically you use the Background application, in conjunction with a context per menu, but you can also use the Read application. There may be a simple IVR application in extensions.conf.sample.

There may be specific examples on voipinfo.org, but that is often out of date or wrong.

I also believe that some of the Asterisk GUIs have tools for doing IVR, however I would always recommend that people learn how the basic Asterisk works before using a GUI, as it makes it much easier both to support themselves and to get support on these forums. Some GUIs seem to use AGI.
